Story:
The reputation of whales has inspired the imagination of many. That the reputation of the whales inspired but also love, is new. For this to happen, a family must be enclosed by whales in the Northern Sea of ice. The publicised fate of whales gets different camps on the plan: since the cold war in 1988 still appears, the geographically vulnerable situation of whale confinement for Americans and Russians alike is something political. With time running out, Rachel and Adam must rally an unlikely coalition of Inuit natives, oil companies and Russian and American military to set aside their differences and free the whales. As the world’s attention turns to the top of the globe, saving these endangered animals becomes a shared cause for nations entrenched against one another and leads to a momentary thaw in the Cold War.
